Disma exhibits more than 30 pieces of equipment with state-of-the-art technology at FABTECH Mexico 2021, Booth # 708
During FABTECH Mexico, June 8-10, 2021, Disma Metalmecánica is presenting more than 30 pieces of equipment with state-of-the-art technology, according to Sales Manager Roberto Flores. Disma will demonstrate how each machine works and showcase the productivity of each so users get precise ideas of capacity.
Flores, who is an expert on many industrial machine series, also has a solid career in manufacturing and metalworking sector. He has said growing opportunities are coming after the COVID-19 crisis, only for those that are well prepared. Flores mentioned that Disma will show all about traditional series, although with significant improvements focused on controllers and information obtained through the management software. Convinced about the significance of the information management software, Flores emphasizes the broad improvement in the equipment, regarding better production control, through detailed information on monitoring and productivity obtained, which is in direct line with the concept of Industry 4.0.
“We stock a broad range of semi-automated and fully-automated equipment, including CNC, robotic with automatic loading and unloading, of course with a particular attention to constant improvement on controls, and also on effective monitoring to get executive reports, and get a data cloud with all production details, such as alarms and production times”, Flores said.
Flores insists the manufacturers working for Disma are focused on development and on searching new options to improve the equipment, in order to make them more efficient, productive, with a better quality and in line with competitive costs.
Regarding the context of confinement that may be overcome this year Flores mentions it has been a long time with personal contact with customers, but even in this situation Disma has found digital spaces where the engineering team has been able to keep in touch; although Flores recognizes that being face to face and being able to shake people’s hands is not a substitute for anything
Flores confirms he is excited for FABTECH Mexico 2021 to resume contact with clients, and to be able to present new technology on the equipment that will be shown on there.
“A very important thing to be mentioned is that we can provide not only technology, but also we have a great technical support team, we support the machines operation, we deliver the equipment to clients, we conduct the training and launch, and clients are always supported by our technical support team, they are always on alert for any possible problem, so we can guarantee all the machines will be producing permanently”, concluded Flores.
