UNIST. Tier 1 companies achieve productive savings of up to 70 percent, Booth # 428

Die casting and stamping companies in México have reached a production cost reduction of up 50 or 70 percent as related to lubricant use, according the engineer Enrique Parra, Marketing Operation and Sales Technic Manager at Unist de México. Unist will exhibit in Booth #428 at FABTECH Mexico 2021 and provides lubricant application equipment in a controlled manner and also specializes in equipment to monitor the application of lubricant in exact quantities which eliminates lubricant recirculation and therefore cleaner work areas. Parra is proud when referencing case studies related to Unist products in the automotive industry, he says they have been so gratifying not only for Unist as an enterprise, but also for Tier 1 companies in México.  Parra confident about the good performance, fewer failures, safe environment for operators and scrap reduction by Unist lubricant. Parra goes beyond saying that companies investing US $100,000 dollars per year just in lubricant, could be able to reduce the cost significantly to US $25,000 or US $20,000 dollars per year, it means 70 or 80% on savings average. Among other benefits related to a suitable lubricant application are the long lasting of die and tooling, since significant savings are obtained during application process on metalworking areas, where stamping and machinery industry are the top. According to Parra there are a lot of industrial sectors that can benefit from Unist products including, aerospace, automotive, medical, electrical appliances, and all metalworking operations in general that every industry sector is operated. “One of the main industries we assist with our products is all of those related to material processing towards the cast die… this lubricant is handled by a clean, safe and friendly way with working areas for stamping or cast die, and there’s of course an additional benefit for the operators with significant savings”, added Parra. Parra considers it a very important factor to have a direct and punctual approach with the customer, he believes it is a fact that means a total understanding of the possible problem the customer could have, and solutions that are possible to provide him, of course after a descriptive conversation in which there would have a demonstration of the product and also to give a collaborative following about the punctual return of the investment.
