GTM will offer custom and outsourced finishing at FABTECH Mexico 2023.

Painting and coating process outsourcing are valuable to companies needing more space or help to implement a finishing line for cost or technical capacity reasons. At FABTECH 2023, GTM (Grupo Tascon Molina) will introduce outsourcing service options for companies in the metalworking sector.

With more than 30 years in the supply of technology for painting and coating processes, GTM has been dedicated to designing, manufacturing, and installing equipment for the finishing process. These technologies will also be presented at FABTECH 2023 in Mexico City.

Alejandro Tascon, Project Manager at GTM, pointed out that “FABTECH is a forum where we have the opportunity both as suppliers and customers to know the solutions available to perform industrial processes, such as training, cutting, bending, punching, die-cutting and finishing of metals.”

The 2023 edition will occur in an environment of enormous dynamism. Many foreign industries are arriving in Mexico with new opportunities requiring companies to keep their processes updated and with renewed equipment, from transformation to completion, explained Tascon. “It’s not just taking care of the appearance but protecting a product.”

The company’s executive, based in Mexico City, commented that the finishing processes go hand in hand with the care of the environment, a key indicator for companies today. If the paint and coating lines have the right technology, “it protects the environment, operators, and the performance of the entire plant.”

At GTM, they have extensive experience installing cabinets for liquid and powder applications for large and complex production lines, ranging from cleaning, drying, painting, and oven-cured components. In addition, they offer solutions to small cabinets of liquid applications commonly used in testing laboratories.  “Everything we do, therefore, is tailor-made suits, solutions adapted to the most specific requirement of a client. Although we do have a catalog of products for general needs, the reality is that everything requires a particular solution adapted to each product needed for a manufacturing process. ” As an additional value, two years ago, they began offering painting services for those companies that cannot install their own, thus capitalizing on their experience and technical knowledge and bringing these capabilities to companies that, due to the size of the project or due to technical or financial viability, cannot do so. This is undoubtedly the icing on the cake of GTM’s tailor-made solutions, for which they invest in chemical measurement and pretreatment systems, allowing them to offer their customers a robust and quality process.
