GEMA new painting technologies will be showcased at FABTECH 2024
The Swiss firm will present innovations in paint technology in Monterrey created to increase efficiency and productivity in the metalworking sector.

For the 2024 edition of FABTECH Mexico, GEMA will present a wide range of products, including a new generation of automatic guns, the GA04, which promises paint savings of up to 10%. Domínguez points out, “These savings, in high volumes, represent a substantial paint saving, placing us well above our competition in paint savings.”
In addition, the All-in-One technology for dense phase application is another novelty to be presented by GEMA. This solution significantly reduces the space required in application and energy consumption and improves efficiency in powder coating applications. Dominguez compares this innovation to the evolution of devices such as printers and scanners, which eventually merged into a single component.
Domínguez says that another notable improvement is a new powder center that allows a line to be changed from one color to another in seconds. This responds to the demand for new colors and improves customer productivity. “Having a quick color change in seconds allows us to use time better.”
