DAIHEN will showcase Robotics Technology at FABTECH Mexico

New welding technologies drive efficiency and quality in the metalworking industry, DAIHEN at FABTECH Mexico 2024.

Welding is a fundamental component in the development of the metalworking industry. Forming processes depend on beads that join and give strength to the metal components manufactured in metalworking plants, whose application technology has constantly evolved along with the rest of the processes, including robotics and artificial intelligence.

DAIHEN, a company with over a century of experience, has been critical in developing welding and robotics technologies. With a corporate philosophy focused on “reliability and creativity,” DAIHEN has established itself as a leader in providing comprehensive solutions in welding and automation. The acquisition of LORCH, a German welding equipment company, reflects an evolutionary process focused on expanding and strengthening its portfolio of innovative solutions.

New Products

Industrial fairs play a crucial role in showcasing these market developments. Joel Romero, Sales Engineer at DAIHEN Mexico, highlights the importance of events like FABTECH México for the industry. “It serves as a showcase for large companies and smaller workshops to discover the latest technology and improvement processes. The fair facilitates the meeting between technology providers and potential customers, allowing companies such as OTC DAIHEN to stand out for their ability to offer comprehensive solutions that fit different needs and budgets.”

At FABTECH Mexico 2024, DAIHEN will present the new FD-V25 robot, designed for large parts that require long cuts or seams, along with its Welbee B-Arc technology for high material deposition applications. “In addition, we will show the Synchro-Feed GMA (Gas-Metal-Arc) system for ultra-low spatter welding, among other novelties,” says Romero.

Technology and Networking

FABTECH Mexico is positioned as a crucial event for the manufacturing industry, as it will mean a window to the latest innovations in welding technology and manufacturing processes. The fair is an opportunity to learn about the latest developments in the sector, make important contacts, and discover solutions that can transform metalworking production. DAIHEN’s participation in the event to be held in Monterrey in May 2024 brings enormous value, as it is a firm whose history dates back to 1919 and is one of the key players in the evolution of welding technologies.
