INTERMAQ will unveil innovations in welding, laser cutting and bending machines at FABTECH Mexico 2024.

Redefining metalworking with welding equipment with four functions integrated into one.

CNC (Computer Numerical Control) technology incorporated in sheet metal processing equipment is generating increasing benefits for manufacturing companies. It allows them to be faster and more efficient and create broader solutions for their customers.

Adrián Rodríguez, Manager of the sheet transformation division at INTERMAQ, a leader in the supply of advanced technologies for sheet metal transformation, highlights the importance of innovation in this sector and recognizes that industrial events and fairs allow the generation of knowledge and collaboration schemes between peers and customers and suppliers.

“FABTECH, an exhibition that allows us to get closer to our customers and show our advanced solutions. This is a great opportunity to create new ties and strengthen existing ones, showcasing our laser cutting technologies, CNC benders, and laser welders designed to maximize production and quality.”

High-metalworking production

INTERMAQ has announced that it will present a range of innovative machinery at FABTECH Mexico 2024, including 30,000-watt laser cutters with fully enclosed booths and impressively sized workbenches, ideal for high-production jobs. In addition, the CNC bending machines, laser welders, and tube and plate cutters on display are equipped with the most advanced technology and comply with the strictest quality regulations.

“We are introducing a laser welder that has four functions in one. It welds and makes fine cuts, cleans the weld seam, and removes rust. This is especially relevant for the automotive industry, which is constantly looking to automate and optimize its processes,” explains Rodríguez.

Scenario for Innovation

FABTECH Mexico 2024, to be held in Monterrey, Mexico, will be the stage where INTERMAQ will present its metal-forming technologies for critical sectors such as the automotive industry. This event is a crucial platform for disseminating new metalworking technologies, allowing companies to showcase their advances and solutions to a broad and diversified audience.

According to Rodríguez, INTERMAQ will demonstrate its ability to respond to the Mexican market’s specific needs at this event. “Every customer has unique needs, and at FABTECH, we have the opportunity to demonstrate how our solutions can meet those demands, especially in high-precision jobs and sectors such as automotive, where quality and efficiency are critical.”

FABTECH Mexico  has established itself as a crucial event for the metalworking industry, offering a window to the latest trends and technologies. The environment derived from phenomena such as nearshoring is undoubtedly increasingly competitive and challenging, so it is key to respond with better manufacturing processes while ensuring the quality of the final products. “In 2024, we look forward to showcasing our technologies, forging new friendships, and being clear with our customers about what we can offer. This is critical for us, as trust and transparency are the foundation of any successful business relationship.”
